There is also a compacted fireplace placed flush against the wall, for comfort during the colder seasons. The walls are designed with cultural art, reflecting the external area and implementing a sense of connection with nature. This apartment located in Manly yields several distinctive features regarding internal structure, making it a formidable asset to enjoy. A spacious living area furnished accordingly to a rich, warm and welcoming schematic, also placed within easy access of the kitchen. The kitchen is open plan, providing sufficient area for kitchenware, and culinary activity. A bathroom unit with a floating oak vanity and modernistic, textured tiling which extends up to the walls. A private study area, which is implemented into the natural curve of the structure, creating a unique versatile layout. A pristine, and modernistic bathroom residing in the peaceful suburb of Manly. It features an impeccable, floating oak vanity hovered above a gray-textured, subway tiling made of ceramic which extends up to the walls. A simplistic toilet is placed conveniently between the shower and vanity, providing easy access between either appliance. The vicinity is well lit, with lights placed above each white-framed, circular mirror, creating pleasant and consistent shadow projections. The area is also well ventilated, with its overhead, round fan which is almost flush with the ceiling. The shower is broad and spacious, and features a frame-less glass shower with a mobile shower-head and long, layered towel rack besides it.

MAHIM & RUPLIA

A contemporary, minimalist open plan kitchen design situated in Killara. It provides an enticing haven of space, quality and versatility, which is complimented with the warm, widespread view of foliage. The kitchen is furnished with wood supplied by "New age veneers", providing the unique "Hamilton" colour to contrast the vicinity. The kitchen top is spacious for appliances, and idealistic for general activities with its compact gas stove tops and large assortment of drawers for the organisation of kitchen utensils. It is equipped with a large, convenient fridge and simplistic lights flush with the ceiling. The area is well ventilated, and capable of fitting tabletops of varied sizes to your preference.

Cool, calm and sophisticated, a pleasant open-concept kitchen which embraces the luxurious lifestyle in the North. Enjoy a contemporary, simplistic design that is easy-to-maintain and crisp within the tranquil vicinity of Lane Cove West. Featuring black high gloss polyurethane on its cabinetry and a glacier white bench top and splashback, it incorporates a stark contrast to create a theatrical setting. The kitchen splash back constructed of Corian White stone works well with fluorescent blue lights, which is also installed beneath the bench top.

This design is an exquisite walk-in-robe, through a lengthy and mindful corridor into a masterful ensuite. The corridor features crisp edges and is strategically constructed of smoked oak veneer with straight wood grains which works to refine and brighten the gallery. This is paired with a skylight and long, black bench which work hand-in-hand to maintain the simplicity of the aesthetics in the design. The ensuite is spacious and well-lit, fitted with a comforting view of the sky across the ceiling area. It is also equipped with drawers and closets for storage, a bathtub and wall-mounted vanity within close proximity for easy access.

KITCHEN WITH BRASS FINGER PULL

A newly constructed designer kitchen located in Mosman, with a complementary, cool colour scheme of blue and gold. The kitchen features a smooth porcelain bench top, antique mirror splash back and drawers finished with two-ply polyurethane for long sustainability. These are plated with a brass finger pulling and coated with a Dulux cool current finish. The counter also contains three gas stoves lined in a neat array and a lined filtration system integrated into the ceiling. There is a great-sized and stylish timber island counter in the center of the kitchen, which is well-fitted in conjunction to a monochromatic coloured sink.

This custom made shelf is inbuilt into the wall and serves as a smart, gridded storage system for any work/study area. It features a series of square bookshelves constructed of veneer wood and a seamless transition between the corridor and the shelf. The shelf itself is multi-layered making it capable of storing a vast assortment of textbooks, novels, binders and other necessities for general purposes. In total there are 24 boxes, and an open framed one by the right in consideration that not all items are able to be fitted into each of the shelves. Moreover, the design is not too costly and easily customisable to suit your preferences.

MOSMAN TIMBER KITCHEN ( TASMANIAN BLACKWOOD)

This refined and well-furnished kitchen provides a strikingly simplistic, yet intricate design with modern finishes and a superb location in the affluent harbourside province of Mosman. It features a clean, Caesarstone concrete counter top layered on top of drawers made of "Tasmaria Blackwood" and finished with fine polish. The kitchen cabinets are made and framed with Bay Leaf Laminate coloured timber and frosted glass, to create a natural, antique feeling. This is integrated along with contemporary elements like the mirror splash of a tessellating triangular pattern and black matted tap-ware. The kitchen is well equipped with two gas stoves and variations in lighting; hanging cylindrical lights above the dining area, and flat ceiling lights by the counter.

A sleek, contemporary open plan kitchen design which is family friendly and suitable. The design was intended to be clean with crisp cut edges and a substantial amount of gloss to give it a refurnished look. The island is quite large and made of white corian along with the bench top, providing smooth and spacious surfaces. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and oven appliances which are flush to keep it minimalistic and easily accessible. It is also finished with overhanging pendant/halo lights which act as a nice touch to the simplicity of the design.

This design features a walk-in-robe and dressing table, ideal for people with an interest for cosmetics. The walk-in is coated with a 2 pack white polyurethane and features a brass finger pulling for easy access and clean aesthetic. The dressing table is conveniently settled at the back, and constructed with new age veneer sourced from Environen veneer. This is clear coated and backed with a brass laminate to finish. It is also multi-layered and equipped with drawers for mass storage and assortment of cosmetic goods/products.

Jayen Innovation Projects

A simplistic design with modern touches, this project is located in the beautiful, freshwater suburb of Curl Curl and features a marvellous floated vanity composition. It is constructed from fine tallowwood which is both durable and versatile and topped with veneer to create visual appeal. The finger-pulling draws are completed with the side cabinets, showing the clean-cut edges, joinery and great craftsmanship in the design. The basin is integrated within the vanity and porcelain slab on top, and the atmosphere is quite welcoming with the plentiful, prosperous and rich natural lighting from outside.

The interior layout is spacious and capable of storing several kitchen appliances, and necessities for culinary practices. Ever felt the need to store your vast assortment of fragrant herbs, spices and condiments but suffered from a lack of space to place everything? An integration of a custom, open pantry will aid you in organisation in a finite amount of space and affordable price. Moreover, it's custom designed in a way that uses the space efficiently, so there's even space for large appliances to stay.

A unique and stylish designer walk in wardrobe located in Balmain which conveys the essence of a smart storage system and efficient allocation of space. It is well-equipped and features several layers of drawers, open spaces for clothing, a bedroom and makeup table/vanity. The walkway is constructed of fine wood which is durable and suited to the rest of the surrounding vicinity. The drawers use are primarily finger pull draws, even on the cosmetics vanity which is topped with a smooth slab of corian stone. The area available for storage is vast and capable of storing several clothing accessories like shirts, pants, shoes and other necessities. The use of recessed lights is a nice, clean addition, as pendant lights would be impractical and distracting seeing as it is a walkway into a bedroom.

This simplistic and contemporary design, yields intricate delicacies along its joinery and the wood grains. It features a fine and compact table, constructed of American Oak timber and topped with concrete credenza. The concrete is crisp and a pleasing white colour, able to be integrated exquisitely into several bathroom designs. Overall, it is generally well-sized, in a manner that is not superfluous or overwhelming, but enough to store toiletries and bathroom necessities.

A beautiful, contemporary inbuilt wardrobe in the peaceful province of Mosman. It is constructed of some fine American oak wood which is overlaid with a nice coating of white wash for a clean and refined look. The wardrobe is spacious and capable of storing a large assortment of clothing, and fits well with the surrounding area. It also features a simplistic ingrained pattern which continues across the wall for a seamless transition. The wardrobe is complimented with a custom floral pattern as the design on its handles as a finishing touch, it is scaled proportionately for optimal visual appeal.

Brass and smoked oak vanity

Modernistic and easy-to-maintain bathroom with a sleek, clean-cut and ergonomic layout. This delicate design from the northern shores, features a custom-made, wall-mounted vanity of an intricate "smoked" colour. It boasts a brass-framed circular mirror, and plated finger pullings on the drawers. The vanity is constructed with sturdy oak wood beneath a synthetic counter-top, and finished with polyurethane. It also features gridded tiling adjourning a fishbone splash back.

This bathroom features a playful mix between antique and contemporary, using antique lighting, framework and shaker doors for visual appeal. The tap ware, lighting and cabinet handles are all accented with a lustrous golden colour to complement the cool tone prominent within the vicinity. The wall tiling is made of marble and a marvellous pattern which works well with the simplicity of the vanity design. The mirror is custom crafted, using a broad, bevel white frame and is well-lit from the lights which sit beside it. The design is customisable as demonstrated from the images, to which the length of each of the vanities can be extended or retracted to fit the size of your bathroom. This is because of its simple pattern which can be continued  or discontinued and extra storage systems like drawers which easily work when placed next to the vanity.

A modern interpretation of a bathroom, featuring a wall mounted vanity within close proximity of the toilet and shower for easy accessibility and convenience. The tiling features glazed porcelain which extends up to the walls and this provides an interesting texture for aesthetic purposes. The vanity consists of dual vessel sinks made of white porcelain, which is a contemporary basin design and a lustrous-silver tap ware in addition to the prominent colour schematic. The six white finger-pull draw units provide sufficient storage and its colour complements the peachy colour of the surrounding error. The mirrors also lengthily extend upwards instead of horizontally for a unique visual effect.

A contemporary design conveying the profound innovations of a luxurious and minimalist lifestyle. The design is compact and flush with the bench sink, but instilled with several practical features which are not prominent in your everyday life. This includes a pull out ironing board which is retractable for sizable reductions to space consumption and dual laundry baskets for easy assortment and easy accessibility. Essentially, your laundry can be brought to you in a seamless manner with the applicants such as the dryer and washing machine hidden cleanly behind clean-cut doors.

A vintage styled kitchen with slight modernistic touches, located in the province of Turramurra. Its components includes a combination of antique and modern features like the victorian-styled glass globes and witch hazel corian stone used on the kitchen island and countertop. The kitchen itself consists of a series of white pull out drawers and elongated silver handles across each of them. The sink is incorporated into the island for compact purposes and the tap ware is made of metal for a lustrous and gleaming finish. The kitchen is equipped with both an oven 
and stove tops, as well as a glossy gridded splashback which works with the consistent colour scheme throughout.  The addition of the natural stone brick pattern atop the oven/fireplace adds a nice vintage touch to the contemporary aspects of the design.

An appealing hallway wall of Persian walnut leading to a wall-mounted credenza constructed from porcelain. Attached is a large mirror and two lights of bell-shaped shades, suited for makeup or general  purposes. This designer apartment is situated in the lovely northern shores of Balgowlah.

This monochromatic and modernistic kitchen design located in the Bondi Beach province, demonstrates the beauty of an "All-white" design. Mistakenly bland, it can be well and easily accented with condiments and complementary flowers or a bowl of fruits. It features a sleek, glossy design and an integrated push door catch mechanism across its cabinetry and cupboards as a seamless and flush implementation. There is a stark contrast between the tiling and the kitchen which is intended to avoid it create a distinction between the floor and bench top as well as visual interest. The kitchen bench is spacious with a set of stove tops and the sink integrated into the counter top for compact and simplistic purposes.

Minimalistic, ergonomic and clean. This floated vanity design demonstrates a contemporary construe of simplicity in an appealing manner. The vanity is constructed of hard wood and finished with an oak veneer, it is also equipped with a white porcelain vessel sink. To keep the design modern, the basin protrudes and is not integrated into wood for aesthetic purposes and the vicinity is well lit because of the shuttered windows which provide sufficient lighting and privacy, The tap ware is long for convenience and made of a lustrous metal to reflect the translucent natural light outside to the interior.

This remarkable kitchen transformation is one of many we have done at an affordable price. We implemented a contemporary feel, whilst maintaining the old ergonomic layout of the previous design. We moved towards a cool colour scheme to match the curtains, working with Lexicon white glossy doors for the cabinetry and a high-gloss gray splashback for additional contrast. The old stoves and ovens were replaced with newer high-performance ones and the space for storage was also increased drastically for convenience. As for the lights, we incorporated hanging ones as they would be ideal to provide sufficient lighting, and also reflect off the sleek surfaces.

This lovely kitchen in Curl curl conveys the enticing atmosphere of the North, with a beautiful picturesque view of the forestry and simple colour schematic in its interiors. The kitchen island is made of strong wood with a white laminate and topped with witch hazel corian stone for a modern design. It is also equipped with an array of four tall, wooden cross back chairs for comfort and to suit the aesthetics. The cabinets use a push door catch  mechanism and without handles it sits flush and features a seamless transition to the side wall. The kitchen is well lit with flat-ceiling lights, and the kitchen bench is conveniently placed within close proximity of the integrated fridge. It also extends across using a v-shaped layout to the tap ware and sink which is affixed with metal for its lustrous properties.

Modern kitchen in Balmain

A fantastical monochromatic kitchen in Balmain with a sleek, glossy touch throughout on its cabinetry. It combines both recessed and pendant ceiling lights for visual contrast in depth and colour. The kitchen cabinets follow a gridded pattern and use a push door catch mechanism so that it appears seamless and flush across the wall. A few of the cabinets across the bottom are pull-out draws which is convenient for the storage of  vast varieties of both culinary equipment and appliances. The kitchen is also simplistic, contemporary and family friendly demonstrating great worksmanship with its clean-cut edges and ergonomic layout.

Balgowlah designer apartment

This designer apartment situated in Balgowlah features practical components like a large entertainment unit, open concept kitchen and study area. The kitchen is well ventilated and uses an ergonomic layout, placed conveniently besides the study area and entertainment area. The television is hidden behind exquisite sliding screen doors made from MDF, and a veneer finish (same as the cabinet doors). This design is not only visually appealing, but fairly practical as it keeps the entertainment quarters well-hidden and seamless along the edges of the wall. The apartment is contemporary and luxurious equipped with a hallway made from Persian walnut leading into a simplistic bedroom. The bedroom is also decked with Persian walnut along its back wall which is furnished with a monochromatic image to create visual interest.
